After one week on Taltz and some sunshine. My body is coming back. My life is changing for the better.

I was literally in depression for a 2 year. I live in Florida where there’s so much sunshine. It would get a little better, but I’d have to go in the sun for hours. The steroid cream stop working and I didn’t know what to do with myself. I was scrubbing my body every morning for an hour. Then putting the cream on. Soaking my hair for 8 hours in coconut oil and then rinsing it with apple cider vinegar. I smelled like a damn salad.

The FLAKES! I’m so happy. Before Psoriasis, I was so out going. I was Charismatic, Teacher and full of life. I saw my confidence go to 100 to 0 in a few months. I’m wondering if I can get my life back? I don’t think I’ll be the same person again because I’m so Humbled now. I’m crying now as i am writing this.
