Went to Egypt last week for psoriasis treatment. Dermatologist prescribed phototherapy, but as an alternative – advised to go for a week to sunbathe and swim in salt water. So I did. Week in all inclusive hotel near Red Sea was absolutely amazing, my skin cleared up. Hopefully it will last till summer in my country (it’s still 3 months away). Doing strict diet (no gluten, dairy, nightshades, bananas, nuts, honey) already for 2 months. Will continue with diet + salt baths 2x/week. Hope this inspires you to go have a vacation.
