I can’t believe how much my skin has cleared in the last couple of weeks from making one tiny change, it’s insane! This tattoo has been covered in plaques since about a month after I got it started 3 years ago, the first photo is from last April, and it’s only gotten worse since then. There isn’t a whole lot that I’ve tried (OTC or prescibed) apart from occasional Dead Sea salt soaks and coconut oil, until I decided to try a 10-strain probiotic from Sam’s Club. I’ve tried a couple other probiotics, but they didn’t do anything for my psoriasis. Just wanted to share in case it could help someone else!
I’m so excited! it’s literally the only thing that’s changed! My stress levels have definitely not changed lol and we’ve been going to the gym the same amount for about two years now. No dietary changes (though I’m sure my stomach would thank me for cutting out nightshades) and we’re not huge drinkers either
