Psoriasis After Having a Baby – PART 2

I discovered that I have psoriasis few weeks after my baby was born, it was just on my elbows and one near my ankle- now I’m almost 8 weeks postpartum breastfeeding, my psoriasis is spreading, and spreading in different forms- some are dots, some aren’t, I can try to manage how much it’s there now, but I am really really frightened of the spreading. I used to be healthy and active, at the gym EVERYDAY, but my immune system got so weak since I was pregnant, I was too sick or tired to go to gym, my lifestyle changed a lot, now I’m supposed to be so happy with my newborn baby boy, but instead I’m so scared of the future, doc said mine is very mild case, since I’m breastfeeding I can’t take any serious medication, tried couple creams they didn’t work, went to uvb light therapy couple times, but it’s spreading

(Ps: because I’m breastfeeding so my family cook meat or fish or other high protein food every lunch and dinner for me to make sure I have enough nutrition in my breastmilk. I don’t know if that’s what makes it spreading?)
